Updates..

Well alot has heppened since I last wrote in this blog...needless to say that I have been a bit busy..
On October 24th...at 36 weeks pregnant, I went into premature labor. I was taken in for an emergency c-section. Come to find out that my uterus was about to abrupt....and Emma Leigh came screaming into the world. Weighing in at a whopping 5 pounds and 18 inches long. She spent the next 6 days in the NICU trying to gain weight, keep her temperature up, and breath at a normal rate.
3 months later....she is such a joy to have in our home. Her sisters adore her, and she is full of smiles and giggles!
Life has been a little hectic. But I can honestly say that I am LOVING every minute of it. I know that these years will pass so quickly, I am trying to savor each moment.
OH! And I have signed up for one more thing....I have decided to run a marathon! Yes, maybe I am crazy...but it has allowed me some much needed "Mommy time" each morning as I hit the gym at 5 a.m. I am training with Team in Training and raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society...my reason is two fold for this, one....I have always wanted to run a marathon, and two, running for such a good cause...who could say no?
If anyone reads this, and want to help me raise my minimum donation of $2900
So far I have raised almost $500!! Whoo hoo! Lets run for a CURE!
Being the mom of three now has also changed my priorities, and things have been changing in my life. I am in the process of selling my Stroller Strides business. This business has been such a blessing to me personally, but seasons change and it is time to move on. I will still be teaching one class a week, but the business part will be turned over to someone else by the end of Feb.
I am excited about what will take it's place. I look forward to time with my two youngest girls...as I won't be teaching when Mia is in school. And joining a women's bible study will be first on my list also...

The pictures above capture my girls doing what they love...Mia in preschool, Sarah flying around the house...and Emma just being sweet.

I really am looking forward to writing here more as time allows.
